“Hello Everyone,
I have a degree in Exercise Science and have been a personal trainer for over 9 years. In that time, I have tried to further my knowledge to help all clients in all circumstance. I have continued my education, becoming a licensed message therapist and have been practicing for over 6 years. I have always wanted to help those in pain and help create a better way of training. I then became a Correctional Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Through my studies and continued practice I have found ways to integrate massage techniques, postural training and functional movements through many forms of resistance training. My overall goal is to help clients achieve their goals, move well, and more often without pain! Come join Meridian Fitness and see how muscles are meant to MOVE!!!”
